If artefacts could speak, what would they say? And if you could talk to them, what would you ask?
Zoom into History is the National Museum of Singapore’s new way of letting you engage with its permanent collection in the digital space. A number of museum objects – voiced by local actors and comedians – will be hosting live conversations on Zoom and taking audiences on a journey back in time. “Zoom” into the stories of objects such as the Singapore Stone and a National brand rice cooker, and “zoom” through time as these objects highlight their place in Singapore’s history.
Tune in to a series of Zoom into History episodes on 1, 2, 8 and 9 August.
